Highly recommend Autumn Leaves. Danielle, Director and Amanda, who jumped through hoops to get the approvals and equipment needed for my father-in-law were exceptional. He could be very difficult to deal with. Danielle would negotiate with love and compassion and helped my husband and I in the process. They went over and beyond to make their patients last chapter of their lives as fulfilling as possible.

After a family member suffered a stroke and the previous facility could no longer provide the necessary, the director of Autumn Leaves, Danielle Wade, offered to help. She arranged the transfer and handled all of the details as I was out of town. The director and staff at Autumn Leaves provided excellent care in a difficult situation and their caring attitude was deeply appreciated.
It is my understanding that a new company is taking over Autumn Leaves on May 1. If the director and other personnel stay the same under the new company, I would recommend this facility based on my experience.
